Bathroom Bedroom Remodel in Eagan The project started by converting two small bedrooms into a master suite. As in many remodels, there were structural problems in the original house that were addressed through the use of a structural engineer. The following fifteen photo pan the spaciousness of the new master bedroom suite. Also included in this project is a walk in closet, updated master bathroom, and a redesigned mudroom/laundry. Room Face Lift This was a restoration project. The goal was to re-capture the original look and feel of the early 1900's. During the project, the walls and ceiling were straightened, the electrical was updated, the walls were insulated and the fine oak wood floors were either replaced or re-finished complete with walnut accents.
